One day on DAY 1

Documentation and review of old records: First visit documentation includes a photo of the couple, written consent, and allotment of a unique ID number for Electronic Health Records (EHRs). A complete review of old records and previous treatments is done before any further workup.

Couple Examination: A detailed history is taken based on The International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) is done systematically.

Assessment of uterus and ovaries: Advanced technology is used for better assessment of reproductive organs.3D/4D transvaginal ultrasound scan of the uterus and 5D follicles imaging of ovaries will give high-quality information.

Assessment of male factor: Computer Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA) is a preliminary investigation for males. DNA fragmentation test is an advanced analysis of male factor in specific cases. Scrotal Ultrasound is done if required.

Couple endocrine assessment: Endocrine diseases like diabetes can affect reproductive health in men and women. Thyroid and prolactin hormone levels are checked in women. In a few selected cases, AMH and pituitary hormones are tested.

Tubal factor assessment (If needed): Fallopian tubes are checked by Hysterosalpingography (HSG) or Laparoscopy. This can be done later if needed.

Half-day on DAY 2

Submission of reports: Some tests are done on day 1 and others blood tests that require fasting are done on day 2. All the investigation reports must be submitted on day 2 for final diagnosis.

Diagnosis and treatment options: Male and female factors are mentioned separately in the diagnosis. Treatment options will be given along with probable prognosis and success rates.

Protocol explanation: All factors in the diagnosis are discussed with the couple. Treatment options, procedures, cost, stay, complications, and success rates are documented and explained in detail.

Couple decision to plan treatment: The couple’s decision is given importance in the final plan of treatment. They must discuss and choose a suitable option based on the information provided
