Impact on Ovulation and Menstrual Regularity

Excessive exercise, especially in the form of high-intensity workouts like HighIntensity Interval Training (HIIT), has been linked to ovulatory disorders and menstrual irregularities. For instance, women engaging in more than seven hours of aerobic exercise per week may face an increased risk of ovulation issues.
